It was a high counsel that I once heard given to a young person, "Always do what you are afraid to do.

Successful ppl are big dreamers.They imagine their future ideal in every way then they work every day toward the goals.

在解决问题的时候，要从根上挖，而不是只砍树叶。

When solving problems, dig at the roots instead of just hacking the leaves.

把挫折看成是一件积极的事情。是挫折促使你进步。

Look at frustration as a positive thing. It is the frustration that drives you to improve.

坚持到底”才是最重要的，无论最终的成功还是失败。停下来太容易了。

It is the 'follow through' that makes the great difference btw ultimate success & failure, b/c it's so easy to stop.

不需要伟大的人去做什么事情，但正是做了这些事情才让人变得伟大。

It doesn't take great men to do things, but it is doing things that makes men great.

与其担心别人对你的评价，为什么不花些时间去做一些他们会钦佩的事情呢？

Instead of worrying about what people say of you, why not spend time trying to accomplish something they will admire.

Strive for perfection in everything you do.Accept nothing as nearly right or good enough.
