3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动，不断汲取他人的宝贵经验，进步自己的教学水平。只要区里或市里有公然课等教研活动我都积极参加，会上我会虚心向有经验的老师请教相干题目。听公然课屡次,使我明确了今后讲课的方向和以后英语课该教甚么和怎样教。

4、积极参加教研片及学校组织的各项教研活动，如在校内的“教学研讨月”活动中我执教的《unit3lesson1lookingaround》等，片里我执教了一节语音课《unit5sounds》，深受学生的爱好和教研员及校领导的好评。

(二)调动学生的积极性。

在教学中尊重孩子的不同爱好爱好，不同的生活感受和不同的表现情势，使他们构成自己不同的风格，不强求一概。故意识地以学生为主体，教师为主导，通过各种游戏、比赛等教学手段，充分调动他们的学习爱好及学习积极性。让他们的天性和个性得以自由健康的发挥;让学生在学中玩，玩中学，培养了创造性思惟方式，变“要我学”为“我要学”，极大地活跃了课堂气氛，相应进步了课堂教学效力。

三、教改科研

在过往的五年里，我校的英语游戏课题试验，在课题组长的领导下，积极进行探索，不断地分析、讨论，已总结出一套合适自己办学生特点的实用有效的教学方法，孩子们由不敢开口说英语到喜欢说，抢着说，由最初的没话可说到现在的滔滔不尽，每位学生都有了不同程度的进步。在教研中，我的教学水平也在逐渐进步。
